Northeast Forest and Fire Management, LLC  has expertise with the ecology and management of the forested, non-forested, and wetland systems of the northeast.  We specialize in ecological, wildlife habitat, rare species, and rare community management.  This knowledge, coupled with our experience preparing management plans and managing timber harvests and vegetation treatments, ensures the highest quality results.  We have the ability to conduct hand clearing and clearing of vegetation with mechanical equipment in addition to treating vegetation and invasive species with herbicides.  Wetland boundaries can be delineated as needed.  Conservation Easement (Restriction) baseline reports can be prepared and annual monitoring can be conducted.  Timber harvests can be planned, trees inventoried and marked, and logging operations supervised.  Forest management plans can be prepared in formats meeting Massachusetts Ch. 61 Forest, Ch. 61A Agriculture, Ch. 61B Open Space/Recreation, and Natural Resource Conservation Service Forest Management Plans (EQIP) planning requirements; in addition filing assistance can be provided to the property owner.

With geographic information system (GIS) capabilities we are also able to collect, analyze, and present spatial data in professionally prepared map formats.
